This is mom’s recipe for cream puff shells. They are surprisingly easy to make. I usually fill them with vanilla pudding and frost with chocolate glaze. Enjoy! Linda
- Melt margarine, add boiling water and salt and bring to a boil again. Add flour all at once. Stir quickly over flame. When mix forms a ball, remove and cool. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake about 20 minutes at 400*.
